Field motor fuels production complex

15EN
Process Description
Feedstock – unstable GC is fed into inlet separation unit 1, where it is divided into gas supplied to gas treatment unit 2, water condensate discharged from the plant, and hydrocarbon condensate, which is supplied to degassing unit 3. Hydrocarbon condensate is degassed together with NGL supplied from unit 2 to produce gas and degassed condensate. The latter is fed into electric desalination unit 4, and then into fractionation unit 5 together with heavy hydrocarbon fraction supplied from catalytic distillate processing unit 6. Produced diesel fuel and AR are removed from the unit, and light distillate is fed to unit 6 for catalytic processing to produce gasoline, removed from the plant, and gas. The latter is mixed with gas from unit 3 and is exposed to dehydrocyclodimerization in unit 7 to produce a fraction of aromatic hydrocarbons, removed from the unit, and gas. Gas is supplied to unit 2, from which the commercial gas is discharged.
