Energy-saving utilization of APG with liquid products and DSG production

Process Description
Feedstock – APG – is mixed with the stabilization gas from separator 9, compressed using stages 1, 2 of the compressor station and cooled in heat exchanger 3. The cooled APG, together with the reflux removed from the bottom of refluxer 6, is separated in separator 4 into the residue, gas and water , which is removed from the unit. The gas is dried and/or treated in unit 5 and supplied into refluxer 6, the top of which is cooled by a refrigerant supplied from a cold source 7. From the top of refluxer 6, the refluxing gas is discharged, heated in heat exchanger 3 and discharged as dry stripped gas. Separation residue pressure is reduced with the use of device 8, and sent to separator 9, from which NGL is removed.
