Energy-saving gas condensate stabilization technology

16EN
Process Description
Feedstock – pressure reduced unstable condensate is fed into film-type column 1 above heat and mass transfer elements unit 2. Flash gas is removed from column overhead, and condensate is removed from bottom, which is supplied through heater 3 as refrigerant to heat and mass transfer elements unit 2. The cooled commercial condensate is discharged from the unit.

Process features
  • An increase in condensate gas output by 5-7% compared to technology of stepwise degassing
  • Reduction of stabilization gas consumption
  • Elimination of low-pressure gas formation
  • Reduction of capital investments and operating costs

Technical Specification
  • No performance limitations
  • Temperature of unstable gas condensate: from minus 30 °C to minus 60 °C
  • Pressure 2.0–5.5 MPa
  • Stable gas condensate output is up to 99.9% of the potential
