Process Description Feedstock – the products of gas condensate field wells are mixed with the product of catalytic processing and separated in unit 1 to produce water condensate removed from the unit and separator gas. The separation gas is exposed to complex treatment in unit 2 to produce commercial gas, NGL and hydrocarbon condensate. The latter is mixed with NGL and exposed to catalytic processing in unit 3 to obtain a catalytic processing product.
Process features
Exclusion of logistical measures related to the storage and export of liquid products
Elimination of process discharges to the flare
Low capital investment and operating costs
Catalytic processing does not require use of HCG or inert gas
Technical Specification
Raw NG pressure is 4.0-12.0 MPa
Applicable for the line of CGTU with unit capacity up to 10 million nm³/day of commercial gas
Extraction of commercial gas up to 110% of the content of non-condensable gases in the feedstock
