Process Description Feedstock - Oil sludge is pre-processed in separation unit 1 with separation of oil concentrate in contaminated water and mechanical impurities. Oil-contaminated water is discharged through treatment unit 2 to obtain regulatory clean water, and mechanical impurities in unit 3 are processed into road construction materials, which are used as a component of asphalt-concrete mixtures. Oil concentrate in unit 4 in the presence of solvent (hydrocarbon fraction) and stabilization vapors is further treated to obtain feedstock. The feedstock is thermally converted in unit 5 to produce solvent, light fractions, residual fraction and acid gas. The solvent is recycled into unit 4 to dilute the oil concentrate. The light fractions in unit 6 are hydrostabilized and stabilized to produce light commercial products. The residual fraction is removed and used as fuel atmospheric residue, and hydrogen sulfide-containing hydrocarbon gas is treated in desulfurization unit 7 to obtain elemental sulfur and fuel gas.
