Combined ADU-TCU technology to produce up to 60-80% of light fractions

62EN
Process Description
Feedstock - treated oil is fed to unit 1, where it is separated into gas, naphtha and diesel fraction, as well as fuel oil, which is fed to vacuum fractionation unit 2. The light fraction, which is mixed with vapors from thermal conversion unit 3, the heavy gas oil, which is fed to unit 3, and the residue are discharged from unit 2. The heavy gas oil in unit 3 undergoes thermal conversion together with the circulating
heavy gas oil from unit 1. The vapors from unit 3 are fed into unit 1, and the residue is mixed with the residue from unit 2. The resulting bitumen feedstock is oxidized in unit 4 with air, and bitumen is removed from the unit.

Process features
  • One atmospheric column for separation of mixed (primary and secondary) distillates
  • Production of light distillates as raw materials for recycling
  • Increase in naphtha recovery by 2-5%, diesel fraction by 20-30%

Technical Specification
  • Feedstock - treated oil
  • Feedstock capacity: up to 3.0 million tons/year
  • Output of diesel distillates: 55-65%
  • Naphtha output: 15-35% (depending on the fractional and chemical composition of the feedstock)
