Process Description A gas mixture containing hydrocarbon vapors is mixed with the regeneration gas from adsorber 4 and fed into bottom of refluxer 1. The gas mixture is subsequently cooled by adsorption treatment gas from adsorber and refrigerant from refrigeration unit 2. Condensed hydrocarbons are removed from bottom of refluxer 1, and overhead refluxer gas is fed into adsorber 3 for adsorption treatment to remove uncondensed hydrocarbon vapors. Refluxer gas is then heated in refluxer bottom 1 and sent to catalytic oxidation unit 5, where unadsorbed hydrocarbons are oxidized to water vapor and carbon dioxide. Some of oxidation products are removed, and some are sent to adsorber 4 as a purge gas for regeneration of adsorbent. Regeneration gas containing hydrocarbon vapors is sent to mix with feed stream. After regeneration is completed, adsorber 4 cools down and goes into standby mode. After saturation of adsorbent, adsorber 3 switches to regeneration mode, adsorber 4 - to adsorption mode.
