Energy-saving APG stripping technology before compression

17EN
Process Description
Feedstock – hot stripping gas enters the recuperative heat exchanger 1. The cooled hot stripping gas is further cooled in a water heat exchanger 2, in a refrigerating machine 3 and separated in a three-phase separator 4 into separation gas, water condensate, which is discharged from the unit, and hydrocarbon condensate. The latter is fed by pump 5 to stabilization column 6. From the bottom of column 6, the stabilized GC is discharged from the unit by pump 7. The stabilization gas is removed from the top of column 6 and, together with the separated gas from separator 4, is heated in a recuperative heat exchanger 1 and removed from the unit.
