Deethanization of NG with production of ethane fraction and LPG

Process Description Feedstock - treated and dry NG is cooled in unit 1 using refrigerants – circulating reflux and a mixture of gases. Gas mixture is generated by mixing DSG from demethanizer 4 with the first separation gas and the first part of the second separation gas from system 2. The cooled gas is fed to the system 2, in which pressure is reduced, gas is separated and refluxed with the production of the first and second separation gases, first and second separation condensates, refluxing condensate. The methane fraction is fed to system 2 for temperature control. The produced condensates are fed into the demethanizer 4 together with live reflux from system 3. APG and demethanized NGL are removed from demethanizer 4. The second part of the second separation gas is sent to system 3, where compression, cooling and separation are carried out to obtain methane fraction, live reflux and balance gas. The latter is supplied for mixing with a mixture of gases downstream of unit 1 and is discharged as a commercial gas
