Process Description Feedstock – VR with a high content of paraffin is fed through heat exchanger 1 to separator 2 after mixing with the residue and part of thermal conversion vapors from unit 5. Separation vapors are fed to unit 6, and residue is fed to unit 3, where they are vacuum fractionated. The produced paraffin-containing gas oil is fed into unit 5, and residue is sent to unit 4, where it is oxidized by air. Bitumen and solar oil is removed from the plant. From unit 6, heavy gas oil is fed to unit 5, where, together with paraffin-containing gas oil, it is exposed to thermal conversion for producing vapors, supplied to unit 6, and residue. The vapor mixture is separated in unit 6 into light fractions, heavy gas oil and gas, which is sent to unit 7, where it is purified from hydrogen sulfide to produce sulfur and purified gas, removed from the plant.
