Ultra-low-sulfur diesel fuel production technology

55EN
Process Description
Raw material – a mixture of HCG and diesel fraction is fed as a working stream into ejector 1, which is also fed with circulating hydrogenate. The resulting mixture is separated in separator 2 into the HCG supplied to pipeline 6 of reactor 3 and the hydrogen-saturated mixture sent to the reactor 3. In reactor 3, this mixture, in contact with the catalyst 4, radially passes through its layer into the central header 8 and then forms a layer of hydrogenate 9.
The circulating part of the hydrogenate is fed to absorber 7, where it is saturated with hydrogen supplied from reactor 3. Circulating hydrogen-saturated hydrogenate is removed from the bottom of absorber 7, and HBG is removed from the top. The balance part of the hydrogenate is fed through distributor 10 to the nozzle 5, flowing down which it is purged by HBG supplied by counterflow, and the resulting hydrotreated diesel fuel is output for stabilization.
