Process Description
Feedstock – С1-С8 hydrocarbons are mixed with part of the off-gas and treated water from unit 5. Technical water and water condensate from device 2 is fed to unit 5. The produced feed mixture is fed as a refrigerant to the synthesis gas drying unit 2 and the methanol extraction unit 4. The partially heated streams of feed mixture are combined and fed as a refrigerant to isothermal catalytic reactor 3. From catalytic reactor 3, the heated feed mixture is sent to reformer 1, into which the rest off-gas is fed from device 4 as a fuel component, and balance amount of fuel is also additionally fed. From unit 1, the produced synthesis gas is sent for drying to device 2, from which water condensate is removed, sent to unit 5, and dry synthesis gas, sent to reactor 3. The produced catalyzate containing methanol vapors is fed into device 4, from which raw methanol and waste gas are removed.
