Process Description Feedstock – flare gas is separated in separation unit 1 into water and hydrocarbon condensate, as well as into separator gas, which is supplied to the complex separator gas treatment unit 2. Commercial gas and NGL is removed from unit 2. The latter is mixed with hydrocarbon condensate. The obtained unstable condensate is stabilized in the gas condensate stabilization unit 3 to obtain stable gas condensate and light hydrocarbon fraction, one part of which is fed to the methanol synthesis unit 5 as heat transfer fluid, and the other part is mixed with a part of treated water from the water treatment unit 6 and with heated feed vapor mixture from unit 5. Combined stream is fed to steam conversion unit 4, from which the produced synthesis gas is fed to unit 5, after cooling and drying in unit 7. From unit 5, catalysate containing methanol vapor is supplied to methanol extraction unit 8. Extracted methanol is removed from the unit. Off-gas is supplied to the absorption unit 9, in which methane is absorbed due to part of the stable gas condensate. Treated off-gas is supplied as fuel to unit 4, and absorbate - to unit 1, where dissolved methane is released and sent to commercial gas.
