Process Description Feedstock – high-pressure NG is fed into the drying unit 1 and is divided into production gas and process gas. The pressure of the latter is reduced in expander 5, it is mixed with the return gas from separator 8. The resulting low- pressure gas is heated in heat exchanger 3 and removed from the unit. The production gas is compressed in compressor 7, cooled in refrigerator 4 and further in the first section of heat exchanger 3. Next, the gas is treated from carbon dioxide in unit 2, cooled in the second section of heat exchanger 3, reduced by means of device 6 and separated in separator 8 into LNG discharged from the unit and boil-off gas, which is mixed with the process gas and fed to heat exchanger 3.
Process features
Low power consumption
High liquefaction coefficient 0.16-0.28
Block-modular design (with LNG capacity up to 3 tons/hour)
Maintaining fixed capacity throughout the calendar year or the possibility of adjusting LNG capacity depending on demand
Technical Specification
NG (LNG) capacity: up to 100,000 nm³/hour (up to 20 t/hour)
